How to request a flight with Angel Flight West

Angel Flight West arranges free air transportation on private aircraft in response to medical and other compelling human needs. The flights are conducted by our volunteer private pilots, using their own aircraft.

All Angel Flight West missions are free of charge. There is never a fee of any kind, neither to the patient nor the healthcare provider. The costs are paid by the volunteer pilots.

Please call Monday thru Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time

STEP 1: Service Area

Make sure that your flight would occur within our service area, and would not exceed our distance limitations.

STEP 2: Flight Requirements

Make sure that the person for whom you are requesting an Angel Flight West mission meets our requirements.

STEP 3: What to Expect

Learn about the conditions on a typical Angel Flight West mission, and make sure that the person for whom you are requesting a flight would be able to deal with those conditions.
