If you're a pilot, we need you! Join Angel Flight West today.
Whether you fly single, twin engine, or jet aircraft... whether you own or rent your airplane... we can work together to help those in need.
Our pilots fly a total of more than 4,000 missions a year. They vary in distance, time of day, and day of the week. And each one is special in its own way. You'll have many opportunities to participate, but there's never any pressure to do so. How many missions you fly is up to you.
Because of the very specific pilot requirements, all our pilots must be members of Angel Flight West. As a member, you'll receive:
• A laminated ID badge, personalized with your photo, that contains our 24-hour Hotline and our Mission Preparation Checklist.
• Your choice of a an Angel Flight West T-shirt or cap. T-Shirt is white and fashioned of heavyweight, 100% cotton, embellished with a pocket and the distinctive AFW logo. Baseball-style cap is beige and blue, comfortable 100% cotton, with the AFW logo screenprinted on the crown.
• A subscription to our informative quarterly newsletter, "Flights of Hope."
• The Angel Flight West Member's Handbook via email.
AFW membership dues are $50 for the first year and $35 per year thereafter. If your spouse or another family member joins at the same time, that person's membership is free. Angel Flight West is a nonprofit, 501 (c) (3) organization, so your dues are tax-deductible.
